Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Heartwave. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old to use Heartwave. You must provide an accurate date of birth and must not create or operate an account for a person under 18.
Your account and profile
Provide accurate information, use photos you have the right to use, and do not impersonate another person. Do not publish explicit, unlawful, deceptive, threatening, hateful or exploitative content.
Dating and safety
Heartwave helps members meet; it does not guarantee compatibility, identity, intentions or conduct. Use reasonable care before meeting another person, protect financial information, and never send money because another member pressures you to do so. Use block and report tools when appropriate.
Messaging
Messaging is available through active mutual matches. Harassment, threats, sexual coercion, spam, commercial solicitation, fraud and attempts to evade blocks are prohibited.
Premium
Heartwave Premium may be offered as a recurring monthly or annual subscription when live billing is enabled. Heartwave currently presents launch reference prices of US$4.99 per month and US$39.99 per year. Where our payment provider processes checkout in local currency, the exact charge is clearly displayed before purchase. Premium currently includes unlimited likes, Likes Received, worldwide discovery, a weekly profile boost and a Premium badge.
You can cancel future renewals from the Premium page when an active Paystack subscription is linked to your account. Cancellation stops future renewal; access already paid for may continue until the end of the paid period.
Moderation and enforcement
Heartwave may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts or ban accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance or enforcement of these Terms.
Account deletion
You may delete your account from Settings. Deletion is intended to be permanent.
Changes
Heartwave may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes should be reflected by updating the published Terms.
